FCSAA announces DI Baseball Awards

2026 Division One FCSAA Baseball Awards

TAMPA, Fla. – The Florida College System Activities Association (FCSAA) is pleased to announce its 2026 Division I Baseball Awards.

The All-FCSAA First- and Second-teams, as well individual awards for Player of the Year, Pitcher of the Year and Fireman of the Year, were voted on by members of the FCSAA Division I Baseball Committee.

Separately, the Committee selected an All-Defensive Team and Defensive Player of the Year, as well as the Top 10 Overall Players. 


Division I First-team All-FCSAA

FCSAA Division I Baseball Player of the Year
Juan Orozco, Seminole State
Sophomore | Infield

Previously voted the Citrus Conference Player of the Year and First-team All-Citrus...led the FCSAA with 20 home runs and an .876 slugging percentage...third in the FCSAA with a .424 batting average...fifth in the FCSAA with 60 RBI...scored 60 runs.

FCSAA Division I Baseball Pitcher of the Year
Jordan Martinez, Gulf Coast State
Sophomore | RHP | Panama City, Fla.

Previously voted the Panhandle Conference Pitcher of the Year and First-team All-Panhandle...shared the FCSAA lead with 10 wins (10-4)...struck out 97 batters in 77.2 innings pitched...logged a 4.98 ERA.

FCSAA Division I Baseball Fireman of the Year
Pierce Juhan, Gulf Coast State
Sophomore | RHP | Atlanta, Ga.

Previously voted the Panhandle Conference Fireman of the Year...second in the FCSAA with eight saves...posted a record of 1-2...4.39 ERA...40 strikeout in 26.2 innings pitched.

Orlando Fernandez, Northwest Florida State
Freshman | Fort Myers, Fla.

Previously named the Panhandle Conference Player of the Year and First-team All-Panhandle...hit .384 with 13 home runs and 51 RBI...third in the FCSAA with both 63 runs scored and 31 stolen bases.

Nick Palmi, Hillsborough
Freshman | Kissimmee, Fla.

Previously named First-team All-Citrus...fourth in the FCSAA with a .413 batting average...also hit 10 homers and drove in 62 runs...scored 62 runs and stole 21 bases.

Anthony Quigley, Northwest Florida State
Sophomore | Sunrise, Fla.

Previously named First-team All-Panhandle...has a .399 batting average with 16 home runs and 57 RBI...stole 23 bases and scored 54 runs.

Carson Zagryn, Gulf Coast State

Previously named First-team All-Panhandle...has a .399 batting average...hit 14 home runs and recorded 48 RBI...scored 55 runs.
